About Casey:
Casey Cowan is a West Texas native & life-long Red Raider who is currently the Host of The Bottom Line, weekdays from 3-6pm on Double T 104 3. Casey graduated from Littlefield High School in 2003, & after taking a few preliminary years to acclimate himself to the college lifestyle, he is seriously considering graduating from Texas Tech sometime before the end of the Obama administration.
After playing football & basketball in high school, it was painfully apparent that his specific skill-set would not translate to a higher level of play, therefore leaving him only one option in the sports world: talking about it. Casey began his sports radio career as a producer at Sports Radio 1340 KKAM, while also moonlighting as co-host of a Saturday afternoon talk show on 790 KFYO.
Casey has long been a sports enthusiast, with special regard to Texas Tech, the Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks, & Texas Rangers. He enjoys running at high speeds, reading in dim lighting, & spreading the Red Raider agenda. He welcomes all schools of thought & opinion, however, there is usually little time found for any Aggie nonsense.
About Dusty:
Dusty Jonas graduated from Texas Tech University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. While at Tech, Dusty was a walk on member of the 2004 Holiday Bowl Champion football team. If you do the math you can see that it took him a couple extra semesters to graduate! After college he started his broadcasting career as a Sports Reporter for KCBD-TV. After several years on television, Dusty tried his hand at sales. Now he has the best of both worlds, selling by day and radio in the afternoon! Dusty is passionate about all things Texas Tech, but has little love for the Cowboys being a life-long Eagles fan! Dusty loves any and all sports, and loves to play them as well.
Dusty was born and raised in Rapid City, South Dakota. He grew up hunting and fishing with his family and lived just over 40 miles from Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial and the rest of the Black Hills. Dusty loves to be outdoors any chance he can to do a little hiking, camping and fishing.
Dusty and his wife Annie love to travel when they can, taking their mutt, Gingy, along for the ride!
